Indonesia is still facing challenges on child malnutrition. Around 27.5% or 6.5 million children under five are living under stunting (Ministry of Health in Jawapos.com, July 2017). Some stunting children are in acute severely malnourished condition with disease infection, while some others are in severely malnourished and moderately malnourished. Just recently, up to 19 January 2018, there are 68 children dead due to severely acute malnourished with measles diseases in Asmat, Papua province. The poor economic condition of the families in combination with the unhygienic environment have triggered the outbreak of the malnourishment with measles diseases there.
